RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTENBBR 11, 1961, ON
PROPOSBI? ASSESSMENT POR STORM SBWER CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT
NO. 396
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2513 passed by the council on the 24th day
of July, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Project No. 396, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspec-
tion,
NOW THBREFORE, BB IT RESOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as followss
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14th day of August, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richf field Viila.ge Hall at 7;15 P.M, to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by duck improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearix~, and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$1,285.91.
