Storm Sewer: 76th St. from Pillsbury Ave. to B. Side of Pleasant

East side of Pleasant Ave. from 76th St. to approx
imately 250 ft. north
TiVHBRBAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $4,269.30, and
T~EIERBAS, other costs incurred are $490.70.
NOTi~P ~RBFORB, BE IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Riehfiel.d, as follows:
1. The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to be
specially assessed are hereby declared to be $1,285.91, and therefore
that sum will be assessed against the property benefited therehy.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every ass?essable
lot, piece, or parcel of land aff ected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assesses
meat in his office for pubclic fnspection.
3. The clerk shalt notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
