V~I~RBAS~ by Resolution NoA 2511 passed by the council on the 24th day of
July, 1961, the viila.ge clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess
went of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Pro~iect No, 395, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in~
spection.
NOW' TF~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing-shall be held on the 14th day of August, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7;15 P.M, to
pass upon such proposed assessment ar~d at such time and place all persons
owning propertq affeEted by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is herebq directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the offici~
al newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $13,499.76.

of July. 1961.
