WHBRBAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Storm Sewer: 63rd St. from Bloomington Ave. to Cedar Ave.
~BRBAS., contract costs have been paid in the sum of$~.5~803.63, and
~RBAS, other costs incurred are $1796,37,
NOW THBRBFORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ie ld, as follows
1. The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to be specially
assessed are hereby declared to be $13,499076, and therefore that sum
will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2, The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece,_or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
his office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the eouncil upon eompletion of such
proposed assessment.
