ASSESSMENT FOR S10RM SEWER CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJBCT
NO. 394
WHERBAS, bq Resolution No.-2509 passed by the council on the 24th daq
of July, 1961, the village-clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No. 394, and
V~REAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and (fled in his office for public in-
spection.
NOW Tf3BREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfie id, Minnesota, as follows
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14th day of August, 1961,
in the council chambers of the Richfie ld. Village Hall at 7:15 P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning proper't'y affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $8,900.14.
