ABSOLUTION DBCLARING COS15 10 BB ASSBSSBD AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSCESSMBNT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 394
S, the following construction was performed during the year 1960:
Storm Sewer: Bast 63rd St. from 12th Ave. to Legion Lake Outlet
WHEABPiS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $8,135.70, and
WFffiRBAS, other costs incurred are $764.30.
NOAT THERBFORB, BE IT RBSOLVBD by-the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to be specially
assessed are hereby declared to be $8,900.14, and therefore that sum wi i1
be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable
Iot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in his. office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this Z4th day
of July., 1961.
