~-':SOLUTION CALLING HFA'RING ON AUGUST 14, 1961, ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT POR STC?RM SBWER ODNS~UCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT
NO. 391
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2507 passed by the council on the 24th day
of July, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess
went of the cost of the assessment roil, Viila.ge Project No. 391, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and. filed in his office for public inspec-
tion.
NO411 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf ie id, Minnesota , as follows
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14th day of August, 1961,
in the council chambers. of the Richfie id Village Hail at 7:15 P•M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such tiuae and place all persons
owning proper tq affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such .improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of $9705.11.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 24th
day of July, 1961.
