NOW THEREFORE, BB IT RBSOLVBD bq the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows:
10 The costs of the construction of such storm sewer to be specialm
lq assessed are hereby deelared to be $9705011, and therefore that sum will
be assessed against the propertq benefited therebga
2e The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be speeiallq assessed for such improvement against everq assess-able lot,
pie~,or parce9: of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided bq law, and he shall file a eopy of such proposed assessment in
his offiee for public inspection0
3e The clerk shall notifq the council upon completion of sueh
proposed assessment,
