b~REAS, by Resolution No. 2505 passed by the council on the 24th day of
July, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of the assessment roll, Village Project No, 390, and
t§!43EREAS, the viila.ge clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
I1~N ZHEREFORE, BE IT RE5flLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
f ie ld, Minnesota, as f ollarws:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 14-~h day of August,
1961, in the council chambers of the Richfie ld Village Hall at 7:15 F.M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place a21 persans
owning property affected bq such improvement will im given an opportunity t:s
be heard with reference to such improvement.
Z. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the orficial
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the bearing, and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
$2423.62.
