Riehf field, as follows:

assessed are hereby declared to be $2423®628 and therefore that su~a will.
be assessed against-the propert~r benefited therebgs
2s The pillage clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be speciall~r assessed for such improvement against everq ass~essuble
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuations
as provided by law,-and he shall file a cope of such proposed assessment
in his offiee for public inspections
3s The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessmentm
