RESOLUTION NO. 2501
RHSOLUTION ADOPTING RBVISHD ASSESSMENTS IN ®ILLAGB PROJECTS
NOS. 330, 355®1, 359 and 369
WAEREAS, it has been determined that benefits received from storm sewer conm
struction are not in excess of $.0355 per square foot, and
S, Resolution X2465 passed by the Village Council on the 2nd day of
May, 1961 deciared certain parcels 3.n storm sewer construction, Pillage
Projects Nos., 330, 35501, 359 & 369 have been assessed in excess of benefits
derived, and
AREAS, Resolution. No. 24b5 ordered the preparation of proposed revised
assessments,

1. That the assessments against parcels listed in said village pro=
jests are hereby cancelled,
2, That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engi=
Weer, calculated the proper amounts to be reassessed for the construction of
Village Projects Nos. 330,.3551, 359 and 369 consisting of storm sewers,
against said parcels of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with
the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with
._ the village clerk for more than 15 daps prior to the assessment hearing and
was open to public inspection at all times during said period,
3a That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretp=
fore duly held as required by law so that this cou~xcil could meet and pass
upon the proposed assessment.
4, That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to
present their objeetions, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item
thereof at said public hearing,
5o The proposed assessment is hereby affirmed, sdopted, and confirmed
and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessments are affirmed,
adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces, or parcels of land respeetively, and said amount as set ®ut is hereby
levied against each of the respective lots, pisses, or paresis of land therein
detemibed,
6® Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confirmed and shall be
certif ied by the village clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon
be and constitute the special assessment for said storm sewers, Village Prom
jests Nos. 330, 355=1, 359-& 369,
7, That ali projects assessed in excess of $,0355 per square foot shall
be paid for by general ad valorem tape levy as village share of construction of
said storm sewers, '
2. July 24, 1961
8. The assessment with accruing interest, shall~be a lien upon the prom
petty included therein, concurrent with general taxes, and shall be payable in
equal annual installments as provided in Resolutions Nos. 1193, 1928, 1930 and
2282 fo; Village Projects Nos. 330, 355=1, 359 and 369 adopting the original
assessment roll extending over a period of 20 years.
9. That the village clerk be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to furnish a certified copy of this resolution to the county auditor.
10. That the county auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to correet
his records.
