RESOLUTION DECLl~RING COSTS TO BB ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OP PI~POSBD ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT
NO. 385
WHBREAS, the Village Council has heretofore ordered work done by day
labor for the improvement of all streets and alleys in the Village of
Richfield known as Village Project No. 385, 1960 Annual Street Improve-
ment and Oiling Program, and
WHEREAS, the net cost of construction of Village Project No. 385 has
been determined to be $133,501.56, and of this cost the Village of
Richfield will pay $39,017.00 as its share of the cost including its
share as a property owner: and
1AtHEREAS~, it has: been determined that there is a total of ` 832,204,5
aussessabie front feet against which the foregoing costs- shall be assessed.
NOW~TgffiREPORB, BB IT RESOLVED bq the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as followsa
1. That the cost of Village Project Noe 385 to be specially
assessed is hereby declared to be $116,508,63.
2, That the assessable front feet against which such costs- shall
be assessed is hereby declared to be 832,204.5.
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to
be fourteen cents (0.14.
4~ That the village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper
aunt to ~ specially assessed for Village Project No. 385 against each
lot, piece and parcel of land within the Village of Richfield affected,
without regard of cash valuation, as provided by law.
5. The village clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed
assessment, file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection, and
shall notify the village council.
