CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECTS NO. 2Ex4, 338 and 338A
WHER)sAAS, i9y Resolution #2460 passed by the village council on the 8th day
of May, 1961 called for hewing on proposed reassessment for Village Projects
#264, 338 and 338A on Jane 12, 19619 and
TniHHERIAS, published notice is not available to give at least two weeks°
notice, and
V9I~REAS, said hearing shall be held on the 26th day of June, 1961, and
WHEREAS, the clerk has caused published notice of said hearing on June 89
1961 of the proposed reassessment to be held on June 26, 1961
NOW THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by tPze council of the Village of Richf field as
follows
1, That all provisions of Resolution #2460 shall remain in
effect except that said hearing sha11 be held on the 26th
day of June,•1961.
2. That the action of the village clerk is hereby confirmed caus®
ing notice of the proposed reassessment to be published twice
in the off iciai newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearm
ing, and he shall state in the notice the fact that the purpose
of the reassessment is to reduce the special assessments in the
area described in the aforementioned resolution,
