~i~IBRBAS, by Reaoiution No. 2465 passed by the council on the 22nd
day of 1Nay, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed rem
assessment for smarm sewer constructs®n in .the area 8escribed in such rem
solution, and
WHBR, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed
reassessment has been completed arxt filed in his office for public in-
spection,
PTOVd, TI~REFORB, RE IT RESOLVED by the village council- of the
Village of Richf field, as followss
1. A public hearing shs.li be held on the 24th day of July, 19619
in-the counoii chambers of the Richffield Village I3a11, at ?v15 F®Nl,, to
p~.ea upon sash proposed reassessment, and at such time and place all per®
sons owning property affected by such storm sewer reassessment will be
given an opportixnity to be heard with reference to the same.
2s The village clerk is hereby direr#ed to cause ~. ~'-t3.ce of
the hearir~ on the proposed reassessment to be p~xblished tt~ice inn the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, axed he shalt
state.-in the notice the fact that the purpose of the reassessment is to
reduce the special assessments in the area described in the aforementioned
resolutions
