RESOLUTION NO. 2462
RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON THS 10TH DAY OF JULY, 1961, ON
PRGTIOSED REASSESSMENT POR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION, VILIAGB
PROJECT NOS. 266 AND 322'
NTHBREAS, by Resolution No. 2460 passed by the council on the 8th day of
May, 1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed reass~ss-
ment for storm sewer construction in the area described in such resolution,
and
WHBREA5, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed reass=essment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOAT, THEREFORH, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 10th day of July,
1961, in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall,
at 7:15 o*clock P,M,, to pass upon such proposed reassessment,
and at such time and place all persons owning property af-
fected by such storm sewer reassessment will be given an op-
portunity to be heard with reference to the same.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed reassessment to be published twice in
the off icial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the fact that the purpose of
the reassessment is to reduce the special assessments in the
area described in the aforementioned resolution.
