PROPOSED REASSESSMENT FOR STORM SBrr~iR CONSTRIACTIOIY, VILLAGE
PROJECT NOS. 264, 338 and 338A
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2459 passed by the council on the :h day of May,
1961, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed reassessment for
storm sewer construction in the area described in such resolution, and
WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the council that such proposed reassessment
has been 'completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as foliowss
1. a public hearing shall be held on the 12th dap of June, `_961,
in the council chambers of the Richfiela Village Hall, at
7:15 o'clock P.M., to pass upon such proposed reassessment,
and at such tame and place all .persons owning property affected
by such storm sewer reassessment will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to the same.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed reassessment to be published twice in
the off icial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing,
and he shall state in the notice the fact that the purpose of
the reassessment is to reduce the special assessments in the
area described in the aforementioned resolution.
