Wf~REAS, such storm sewer construction has involved Village Pro3ects No. 264,
338"and 338, and
WHEREAS, the special assessments in the aforesaid described area are in e~cces~
of $.03~ per square foot,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI.VBD by the Village Council of the~Village of Richfield,
as follows:
is I-t is hereby determined that the special assessments for storm sewers
against the properties included in the area hereinbefore described are in excess
of the benefits received from storm sewer construction,
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to calculate the proper amount to be
speciail~ assessed in a reassessment for such improvement against every assess=
able lot, piece and parcel of land in the area above described, without regard
of cash valuation, as provided by law, and to file a copy of such proposed rem
assessment in his office for public inspection,
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed rem
assessment,
