RESOLUTION AUTHORI~I~G APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE
OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. It is hereby dete rmined that the following described pro-
perty~is needed by the Village for the following purpose:
property Purpose
Lot 6, Dlock 3, Girard
Investment Company1s Rearrange-
ment in Girard Parkview. For park purposes.
2. The mayor, manager and attorney are hereby authorized
and directed to make application to the Commissioner of Taxation
for the conveyance of such properties for the purposes hereinbefore
set forth, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota ~tatutes9 Section
282.01.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 8th
day of Mays 1961.
