RBSOLUTION NO. 2417
RESOLUTION RELATING T~0 APPROVAL OP TAX DELINQUENT LAND
AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND-
WHBREA.S, the Village Council of the Village of Richf ieid, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
a list of lands in said- village. vuhich became the property of the State of
Minnesota under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of land to the
state for non-payment of taxes, which said list has been designated as C1a.ssi-
fication List "506-C", January 31, 1961; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list Y~a.s heretofore been
classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as non+-conservation land and the sale thereof. has heretofore 'been authorized
by said Board of County Commissioners t
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows:
1. The aforesaid list.'°506-C" is hereby given Clerk's F~.le No. 6321 and
ordered to be placed on file.
2. Acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1949, Section 282.01, subdivision 1,
the said claissification by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel
of land described in said list as non-conservation land be and the-same is
hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same
is hereby approved.
