RESOLUTION Na. 2416
RESOLUTION AUTHORISING CONTRACT WITH NORTHERN STATES
POWER COMPANY FOR ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota,
1. That the Village Council hereby accepts the offer of Northern
States~Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, to furnish electric
energy, lamp and glassware renewal, and other services for tb~e oper-
ation and maintenance of the Villagees ornamental street lighting
system consisting ofo~
Twenty-two (22) single light steel standards
(Nicollet Avenue 64th/67th Streets)
all located or to be located in said Village, and hereby approves all
rates, terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the proposed
form of Ornamental Street Lighting Contract made a part of the offer of
said Company, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute the aforesaid Contract for~and in the name
of the Village, and to affix the corporate seal thereto.
2. That said proposed agreement is hereby given C1erk8s File
No. C-6325 and is ordered placed on file.
3, That all sums payable pursuant to the provisions of such
offer and acceptance by the Village shall be paid out of the Street
Lighting Account of the General Fund.
