Project Noo 361 Construction Fide and
fi~REAS~ the above resolution also di~c~t~ that all monies to be paid
out of said construction fund are to be transferred from the permanent
ia~prov®rn®nt revolving ftanda and
WHEREAS X11 special assessments are to b® used to reimburse said Pe~~
m~nent Revolving Fund9 and
WHEREASe all construction costs ara paid find levied by R®solution #2266
dated August 22~ 1960 against b®nefited property
NEST THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows
