RESOLUTION AUTHORIc2NG THE TRANSFER OF UNC}BLIGATED BALANCES IN
VARIOUS 'CANSTRUCTION FUNDS TO COVER OVEftEXPENDED BALANCES IN
OTHER VARIOUS CONSTRU!CTTON FTTNI759 AND CLOSING SAID FUNDS
WHEREAS9 certain funds f or improvements have been provided as specified under
Minnesota Statutes x.29,0919 Sdm 1~9 and
WHEREAS9 the costs of all such improvements have been paid and ass®ssed against
benefited properti®s~ and
WTIER~A.Se it is hereby d®termined that all such funds shall be closeda
NOW THERF~'ORE9 BE IT RE5Oi,VED by the Village Council of the Villag® of Richfield
as followso
to That as much of the balanc® of proceeds from the sale of Improvement Bonds
of 1960 in the construction Funds9 Village Project Noso 338~a 3b29 365a

2® That the remaining proceeds shall be transferred in the amount of X1000 to
Village Project 387A Construction Fund9 and ~7.1l~1ta99 to Village Project
100 A through N Construction Fund,
3e That the construction funds listed in items 1 and 2 above sha L1, be dis®
continued as authorised in Chapter 12900919 Sd® 49 of the Minnesota
-Statutes.
That the Manager and Dir®etor of Finance are hereby authorised and clirected to
do all things necessary to bring into eff®ct the provisions of this resolutiono
