RESOLUTION CLOSING STREET EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNES:~
OF 19511 SINKING FUND AND TRANSFERRING ALL ASSETS AND APPROPRIATING
THEIR USE TO THE PERMANENT IN~ROVEMENT REVOLVING FU1~
WHEREAS there are no unpaid or outstanding obligations in the Street Equipment
Certificates of Indebtedness of 1954 Sinking Funde and
WHEREAS there is an available surplus in said sinking fund in the amount of
~2~1~$9.~659 and
Ti~HEREASe a permanent improvement revolving fund for financing local improvements
was established by Ordinance No, 1Om07a and
WHEREAS9 money is to be provided in part by ~oappropriation of available money
from other funds"e and
WHEREAS Minnesota Statutes 175,,628 Sd, 1~9 provides that any surpluses in such
sinking funds as above may be appropriated to any other general purpose by the
municipalityo
NOW THEREFC~i.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as followsa
to That all such surplus remaining ire above sinking fund shall be transferred
to and appropriated for use in the Perman®nt Improvement Revolving Fund,
