RESOLUTION REIA TTNG TO THE ALLOCATION OF MUNICIPAL
STATE AID FUI~IDS'
WHEREAS', it is proposed to construct the street surfacing improvement
of Nicoilet Ave. from 68th Street to 78th Street, and
WHBREt~S~, it is estimated that the total allocation to the Village
of Richfield from the State of Minnesota of municipal state
aid funds will be used on payment of said pro,~ect,

NOW THBREFORB, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as foilowst
1. That the Commissioner of Highways is requested hereon
to transfer all allotment for maintenance to the constrixc~
tion account, and all sums allotted to the Village of
Richfield in 1961 be for construction purposese
