RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM THE CONTINGENCY
APPI~iOPRIATION TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT ANDTO THE
EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
'(r~FiEREA$, there are certain expenditures in the Street Department which were
not anticipated isa the budget for 19b0, and
WHEREAS, there are expenditures in the Executive Department which were not
anticipated in the budget fob 1960e
NQI~THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follot~ra ~
to That an amount of X38000 be transferred from the contingency
appropriation to the ctree't department for other current expenseso
2e An amount.of ~100e00 be transferred from contingency approp®
riation to-the executive depar~n®nt for other current expenditures,
3e That the manager and director of finance are hereby authorized
to .bring into effect the provisions of this resolution,
