Grand~Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, deposited $100000, our receipt
X2691, to guarantee filling with sand and bituminous surface the top
of a ditch in .the street in front of 1200 E0 ?8th Streets Richfield9
and
6dHEREAS, such. work was not completely finished by HQ Co Burkhardt
Plumbing, and
WHEREAS, the balance of this work was done by the Village of
Richfielda Street Division, and completed on November 21, 1960,
NOW {THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richf field, Hennepin County, .Minnesota, as followso
to That the - hum of $1.5000, part of the amount deposited by

hereby declared to be f orfeited and that the of oresaid sum be trans®
