RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM ESCROW FUND OF
FORFEITED SUMS FROM WELTER ~ BLAYLOCK INC. TO GENERAL
FUND AND VILLAGE PROJECT No, 385 FUND.
WHEREAS, on July 11 , 1960, Welter ~ Blaylock Inc. 865?
Lyndale Avenue So., Bloomington, Minnesotae deposited 50.00, our
receipt #2521, to guarantee filling with sand and bituminous sur®
face_ the top of a ditch in the street in front of 6741 14th Ave.
So., Richfield, and
WHEREAS, such wo rk was not completely finished by Welter f~
Blaylock Inca, and _ '
WHEREAS, the balance of this work was done by the. Village of
Richf ielcl, Street Division, and completed on November 1, 19600
- NOW T~iEREFORE BE IT .RESOLVED by the Village Council of ,the
Village of~Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as followsS
1. `That the sum of $10,00, part of the amount deposited by
Welter ~ Blaylock Inc., receipt #25219 dated July 11, 1960, is
hereby declared to be forfeited and that the aforesaid sum be.
