RESO~,UTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM ESCROW FUND OF
FORFEITED SUM5 FROM RAYMOND Eo HAEG COMPANY TO GENERAI.
FUND AID VILLAGE PROJECT No. 385 FUND.
WHEREAS, on July 259 1960, Raymond E, Haeg Company, 9524
E11iot~Avenue So,9 Bloomington, Minnesota, deposited $50.009 our
receipt X2541, to guarantee filling with sand and bituminous sur-
face the top of a ditch in the street in front of 670? Emerson
Avenue So. 9 Richf field, and
WHEREAS, such work was not completely finished by Raymond E.
Haeg Company, .and
WHEREAS, the balance of this work was done by the Village of
~Zichf ie1d,.Street Division9 and completed on November 19 1960.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richf field, Hennepin County9 Minnesota, as followso
1, That the sum of $10.009 art of the amount deposited by
Raymond E. Haeg Company9 receipt 2541, dated July 25, 19609 is
hereby declared to be forfeited and that the aforesaid sum be
transferred from Escrow Fund to Village Project No. 385 Fund and
General Fund as follows:
