RESOL~TTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM ESCROW FUND OF
FORFEITED SUMS FROM RICHFIELD PLUMBING CQMPANY TO GENERAL
FUND AND VILLAGE PROJECT Noo 385 FUND.
WHEREAS, on December 3, 1959, Richfield Plumbing Company,
809 W. 77z Street, Richf field, Min~iesota, deposited $50,00, our
receipt #224?, to guarantee filling with sand and bituminous sur-
face the top of a ditch in the street in front of 682? Humboldt
Avenue So.~ Richf field, and
WHEREAS, such work was not completely finished by Richfield
Plumbing Company, and
WHEREAS, the balance of this work was done by the Village of
Richfield, Street Division, and completed on November 1, 1960.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richffield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the sum of $10000, part of the amount deposited by
Richfield Plumb ing'Company, receipt #2247, dated December 3, 1959,
is hereby declared to be forfeited and that the aforesaid sum be
transferred from Escrow Fund to Village ~'roject Noo 385 Fund and
General Fund as follows:

2. That. the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to take
