RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM ESCROW FIIND OF
FORFEITED SUMS FROM RICHFIELD PLUMBING COMPANY TO
GENERAL FUND AND VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 385 FUND
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1960, Richf field Plumbing Companyy
805 W. ?7~ Street, Richfields Minnesota, deposited $50.00, our
receipt #2630, to guarantee filling with sand and bituminous
surface, the top of a ditch in the street in front of~?316 Oliver
Avenue S., Richfield, and
WHEREAS, this work was done by the Village of Richfield'
Street Division, and completed on October 2?,. 1960
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by-the Village Council of the
Village of Richf ie~ld, Hennepin County, Minnesotan as followsa
1. That $30.00 of the $50,00 deposited by Richfield Plumbing
Company, Richfield, Minnesota, receipt #2630, dated
September 2?, 1960, is hereby declared to be forfeited
and that the aforesaid sum be transferred from escrow
fund to Village Proje ct Noo 385 fund and general fund as
follows

2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to take
any and all steps necessary to effect the provisions of
this resolution.
