NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILE AGE CovNCIL of THE VILLAGE OF
THAT THE VILLAGE MANAGER iS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO RELEASE THE

WHEREAS, ZUBERT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HAD AN OFF-STREET PARKING AGREEMENT
WITH TH13 VILLAGE RELATING TO 7115 AND 712) CHICAGO AVENUE SpUTH, WHICH CONTRACT
` BEARS THE DESIGNATION OF CONT RACT NOe 577, AND WHICH CONTRACT WAS GUARANTEED BY
A BONA OF THE ANCHOR CASUALTY COMPANY, IN THE SUM OF TWO-THOUSAND ($2,000oOO)
DOLLARS, AND
WHEREAS, SAID ZUBERT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HAS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLIED WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF SAID AGREEMENT AND THE ANCHOR CASUALTY COMPANY NOW SEEKS TO BE
RELIEVED OF ANY FURTHER OBLIGATION UNDER SA10 BOND, AND
WHEREAS, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO eDUSTIFICATION FOR REQUIRING SAID ZUBERT CON-
STRUCTION COMPANY TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE A BOND FOR SECURITY ON THE PERFORMANCE
OF SAID AGREEMENTo
RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
ANCHOR CASUALTY COMPANY FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL ACTS OF ZUBERT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY COMMITTED OR INCURRED !N VIOLATION OF SAID CONTRACT NOo 577, ON AND AFTER
THE 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 196Oo
ADOPTED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VI LL AGE OF RICHFIELD THOS 14TH DAY OF
