RESOLUTION NO. 2320
RESOLUTION RELATING TO CORRECTIONS OP TYPOGRAPHI-
CAL AND PROCEDURAL ERRORS IN CONNECTION WIgI PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS TO BE FINANCED BY X620,000 PURL-IC IMPROVE-
MBNT BONDS- OF 1960
BB IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNBPIN
COUNTY, AS FOLLOWS:
1. This counciP having on Jury 25, 1960, adopted a resoluttion ordering Village
Project No. 407A by a vote of 3 in favor and r against with one member of the
councir absent4 and such vote being insufficient to order-such improvement, this
council hereby ratifies: and confirms the action of the majority of the members of
the council on said date and herewith reorders such improvement to be made in ac-
cordance with the terms of such resolution.
2. This council having adopted a resolution on March 9, 19594 Resolution No.
1799, which resolution ordered Village Project No. 338 in accordance with Resolu-
tion No. 1798, and it appearing that instead of Resolution 1798 the council intended
to refer to Resolution 17~f4, it is hereby determined that the minutes be corrected
and the Viila.ge Council is hereby authorized to correct said Resolution NoQ 1799 so
as to refer to Resolution 17?4 rather than Resolution 1798.
3.. The minutes of this council for Maq 254 19594 at Item 31, referring to
Village Project No. 363, should have referred to Village Project 362', and it is
hereby determined that the reference to Village Project 363 is a typographical.
error and the Clerk is hereby authorized to correct said error in the minutes of
said meeting so as to refer to Village Project 362,
4. Resolution No. 1695 of this council4 adopted on 1Oj13/58, bears the date of
October 27, 1958, and calls a hearing for October 13, 19584 It is hereby determined
that the date of the resolution and the date of the. hearing were inadvertently re-
versed in said resolution and the Clerk is hereby au thorized and directed to correct
the minutes of said meeting as contained in said resolution so as to give the resolu®
tion the date of October 13, 1958, and so as to set the time for hearing as October
27~ 1958.
5. The minutes of June 2~, 1959s authorizing advertisement for bids for storm
sewers erroneously referred to Village Project 363 when they should have deferred
to.Viliage Project 362. Said minutes; also omit any referen ce to Village Project
368 although the resolution authorizing the advertisement for bids includes said
Village Project 368. It is hereby determined that said minutes are 3.ri error and
the Clerk. is hereby au thorized to correct said minutes so as to substitute therein
Village project No. 362, rather than 364 and he is further authorized to car rest
said minutes to add to enumeration of projects, Village Project No. 3680
60 Resolution 1855 of this council, passed on May 114 1959, orders Improvement
366A. and B in accordance with Resolution 1787, whereas the, original resolution
on this project was 1786. It is hereby determined that such reference in Resolu-
tion 1855 is erroneous and the Clerk is hereby authorized to correct said Resolu-
tion 1$55 so as to refer to Resolution 1786 rather than Resolution 17870

approved at the meeting of-;June 139 1960,-has time as 11:00 A®M., Tuesday, June
7, 1960. It is. hereby determined that the time of the bid®opening was 7:00 P.M.
June 7, 1960, and the clerk is hereby authorized'to correct said minutes~so aa~
to set the time of the 'bid®opening at 7:00 P.M.
