1® That the vii],a,ge Aerie has, with ties assistance of the village engineer, calculated
the proper affiounts to be assessed for the construction of storm sewer, Village Project
No® 370, against every assessable lot, piece, or parser of land speciali~y benefited
thereiiy in accordance with the provisions of law, and. the proposed assessment so made up
was filed with the village Aerie for more than iS days prior to the as~essnt hearing
and was open to public inspection at ail times during said periods
20 -That notice has 'been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held ~.s
recquired by law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed as~ssment®
3e Tha.t axi opportunity has been given to ail interested arsons to present their ob®
jections, if anye to such proposed assessment or to arty item thereof at ~ai.d public

4® That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project Noe 3'TOs
and after carefully considering all. the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece or
parcell of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined
and hereby declares that each and every iota piece, or parcel of land included in said
proposed assessment roil was improved by reason of the construction of said Village
Project Nos 370 and has been and. is specially benefited in the amount set out in said
proposed assessment roil-opposite each such lot, piece or parcel of iand®
5s the proposed-total assessment in the aanount of $91,563s35 is hereby affirmed,
adopted, and confirmed and the sums fixed sand named in said proposed assessment are
affir~aect, adopted and confirmed as; the proper special assessment for each of said
iota, pieces, or parc~is of land respectively9 and said amount so set out is hereby
ivied against each of the respective iota, pieces, or parcels of land therein described®
6® Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, conf armed and shah '~ certified by
the village cierie and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said stor~asewer construction, Village Project Noe 370®
Ali assessments and interest ther~n shall be collected and paid over in the same
manner as ®ther municipal taxesa
