RESOLiTTION ADOPTING ASSESSMSNP ON VILDAGE PROJECT NO. 33~
BB IT RBSOLV~ by the Village Council of the Village of Richf laid' Hennepin County Minne-
sota~s. as follows;S
is That the Village Clerk bass with the assistance of the Village Engineer, calculated
the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of storm sewers Village Project
Noe 33 ags.inst a®ery assessable lot, piece, or parcel of ,land specially benefited
thereby in accordance with the pro®isions of law9 and the proposed assessment so made up
was filed with the village clerk for move than iS ci~ys pri®r to the ~ssess~-ent hearing
and was open to public inspection at a12 times du~iuag said period.
28 That notice h~ been duSy pubiishe d and a public hearing heretofore duly held as
required bar law so tit this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessments
3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their ob>
jectior~~ if ant's to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
hearings
4s That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project No, 338A,
and after carefully considering ail the facts, the benefits to each iota piece or pa..rcel
of land and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determined and hereby
declares that each and every cote piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed
assessment rol]: was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project Nos
338A and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in. said proposed ass~ess-
merit roll opposite each such tote piece or parcel of lands
~. The proposed total assessment in the amount of $2,352.43 is hereby affi~emdd, adopted,
and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed,
adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces, or
parcels of ls.nd respectivelys and said amount so set out is hereby levied against each
of the respective lots pieces, or parcels of land therein describeds
6s Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopteds conf armed and shall be certif led by
the village cleric and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said storm sewer constructions Village Project Nos 3351~s
ys The assessment with accruing interest, shall be a lien upon the property included
thereins concurrent with general taxes, and shall be payable in equal annual install
manta extending over a period of 20 years, The first installment shall be payable on
the first Monday in January of 19610 All assessments shall bear interest at the rate
of 6% per annume . To the first installment shall bs added interest on the entire asses
meat from the date of this resolution untiS December 31~ 1961. To each subsequent in~
staliment sha1S be added interest for one year on all unpaid instailmentss
All assessments and interest thereon shall. be collected and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes®
