to That the village clerk bass with the ass3.stance of the village engineers calcu~
laded the proper amounts- to be assessed for the grading of streets Village Pro3ect
No® 381 ~.gainst every assessable iota pieced or parcel of land specially benefited
thereby in accordance with the provision of laws and the proposed assessment so
made up was filed with the village clerk for more than 15 days prior to the ass~es~
meat hearing end was open to public inspection at all times: during said periods
2a That notice h~.s.been duly published and a public he aring~heretofore duly held
as required by law so that dais council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment,
3B That an opportunity has been given t® all interested persons to present their obm
jectionse if ant's to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
hearing®
4® That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Pro3ect Noo 381s
axed after carefully considering ale the facts the benefits to each lots piece or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premises has found and determined and
hereby declares that each and every iota pieces or parcel of land included in said
proposed assessment roll e~sas improved by Treason of the construction of said Village
Project No® 38t and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in
said prop®sed assessment roil opposite each such tote piece or parcel of iand~
5® The proposed total assessment in the amount of $3g85'B®®5 is hereby affirmede
adopteds and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are
affirrr~dn adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lotso
pieces or parcels of land respectivelyn and said amount so set out is hereby le~-ied
against each of the respective lots pieces or parcels of land therein described®
6® Said assessment is hereby affirmeds adopteds confirmed and sha11 be certif led by
the village clerk and filed in his offices and shall thereupon die and constitute the
special assessment for said street gradingn Village Pro,$ect No® 381®
~'e The assessment with accruing interests shaii be a lien upon the property included
thereine concurrent with general tagees and shaii be pay~ble~in equal annual instaii®
meats extending over a period of 2® years The first installment sh~.ll be payable
on the first. Monday in January of 1961® All assessments shall bear .interest at the
rate of 6~ per annum® To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the data of this resolution until December 31n 1961® To each subseo
quent instaiim~at shaii be added interest for one year on all unpaid installmentso
loll assessments and interest thereon shais be collected and paid®over in the same
manner as other muhicipab taxes
