RESOLUTION INVOKING SECTION 10 OF T&~ COUNCIL BY®LAWS
BE IT RESOLVES by the Village Council of-the Village of

1, Section 10 of the By~,~aws Ordinance of the Council is
hereby invoked for the remainuer of the calendar year 1960,
20 The penalty for each unexcused absence of a Trustee
shall be $75,00, and the penalty for each unexcused absence
for the. Mayor shall be $100,000 The penalty far unexcused
absence from special meetings of the council shall be the same
as the penalty for unexcused absence from regular meetingsa
