RESOLUTION CANCELLING THE PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION N0. ].L425
LEVYING AN AD VALOREM TAX
'6~RE~SB it was determined on Resolution No. 1lt25e dated September 23,
195? that additional revenues were needed in the 1953 Sewer Improvement
Bonds Sia~cing Funds and
WHEREASe the additional lacy of ad valorem taxes would produoe an
amount of ~2008000e and
WI~RF~.Se the payment received under R®solution No. X276 dated
is equal to and more than the above amounts and
~ASe it is hereby determined expedient to cancel the levy mad®
by Resolution No. 1l~258 dated 9/23/57
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfielde Minnesotae as followse
1. That the additional ad valorem tax levied by Resolution No. 1.l~25
in the years 1960 through 1971 is hereby canceled.
2. That the Village Olerk is authorized .and directed to place with
the county auditor a certified copy of this resolution,
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 22nd
day of Auguste 1960.
