WHEREASs by Resolution Noo 22488 passed by the council on the 8th
day of Augusts 19608 the village clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of the assessment rolls Village
Project Noo X708 and
W~REASs the village clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his off ice for
public inspectiono

to A public hearing shall be held on the 26th day of Septembers
19608 in the council chambers of the Richfield Village I3a11 at 7015

all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given
an ®pportunity to be heard with reference to such improvemento
20 The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearings and he sha11 state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
