RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 269 1960 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTIONs VILLAGE PROJECT
Noo 338 and 338A
WHEREASe by Resolutions Noso 2246 and 224? passed by the council
on the 8th day of August, 19608 the village clerk was directed to
prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the assessment rolls
Village ~'roject Noo 338 and 338A8 and
WHEREASe the village-clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for
public inspection,
NOW THEREFOREs BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the

to A public hearing shall be held on the 26th day of Septembers
19608 in the council chambers of the Richf field Village Hall at ?015
P,Ms to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvemento

the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice is the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearings and he
shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the improve®
