RESOLUTION ADOPTING AS58SSMENT OP VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 382-382+
E IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THB Village of Richfield, Hennepin Countq,
Minnesota9 as follows
1. That the Village Clerk has' wi th the assistance of the Village Engineer, calculated
the proper a~aounts to be as~ressed for the sidewalk construction9 Vii].age Project No. 382-
382~i! against e~rerq assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land specialiq benefited therebq
in accordance w3:th the provisions of law,_ and the proposed assessment so am.de up was
filed with the Village clerk for more than 15 dags prior to the assessment hearing and
was ~rpen to public inspection at all times during said period.
2® That notice has-'been dulq published and a public hearing heretofore dulq held as
required bq law so that this council could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment
3. That an ®pportunitq has been given to all interested persons to present their obm
jection~® if ariq~ to such proposed assessment or to anq item thereof at said public
he sting, ..
~® That the Village council has. heretofore dulq established Village Project No® 382•
382.A and after careful]:q considering all the f sets, the benefits to each lot $ piece or
parcel of land ar~i. ful]:q advising itself in the premises,. has found and determined and
hereby declares that each and everq lots piece, or parcel of land included in said pro®
posed assessment ro1.l was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Pro
jec~t lYo. 382~382~ and has been and is speciallq benefited in the amount set out in said
roposed assess.n t roll opposite each such lots piece or parcel of land.
® The proposed..total assessment in the amount of $3,064.66 is hereby affirmed,
adoped~ and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are af®
fis~~~d~ adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pikes, .or p~.reels of land respectiveiq, and said amount so set out is herebq levied
against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described,
6. Said assessment is hereby :F`Fi;oadopted~ confirmed and shalt be certified bq
the Village-clerk azxl filed in his-office9 and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said sidewalk construction, V311age Project No® 382@3821®
P. The as~ess~en t with accruing. interest, shall be a lien upon the propertq included
thereine cone rent with general taxesa and shall be pagable in equal annual install
manta ~exteritiing over a period~of 5 gears. The first installment shaii be pagabie on
the first Monday ;January of 1961® Ail assessments shall bear interest at tre
