the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of pavements curb and,~utters
Village Pro,ect No® 36 se against every assessable lots pieces or parcel of .1 d speciaim
1y benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of laws and the prod assess
ment so made up was' filed with the Village clergy for more than 15 days priose to the
assessment Dearing and was open to public inspection at all times- during said period®
Z® That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as re~
gaited by law~so that this council could meet and pass: upon the prop®sed assessments
3® That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their
objectipnss if anyg to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
hea~ing®
4Q That the Village council has heretofore~.duiy established Village Proyect No@ 365s
and after carefully considering all the fa,~tss the benefits to a a,ch 1otA .piece or
parcel of lard and fully advising itself in the premises, has found ~.ncl determined and
hereby declares that each-and every lotq piece, or parcel of land ira~luded in said
proposed. assessment roll was improved by reason of the construction of~~aid Village
Pro3ect No® 365 and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in said
roposed assessment rolii opposite each such lots piece or parcel of lands

the Village c1erY~ and filed in his offices and shall thereupon be arYd constitute the
special assessment for_sa+id pavements curb & gutter constructions Village Pro3ect Noo
365®.
7a The assessment with accruing interests shall be a lien upon the property included
thereins concur rent with general taxes and shall be payable in equal annual install®
manta extending over a period of i® yea.rs® The first installment shall be payable
®n the first Monday`n January of 1961® All assessments shall bear interest at the
rate of 6% per an~~ane To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resoluti®n until December 31s 1961® To each subsea
quent installment shall be added interest for one year on ail unpaid instailmentsm
Ail ass~ssment~ and interest thereon shall be collected and paid®over in the same
manner as other municipal taxesa
