RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT Noo 362

BE IT RESOLVEm by the Village Council of the Village of Richfields Hennepin
Countys Minnesotan as follows
to That the Village Clerk hale with the assistance of the Village Engineers
calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Storm
Sewers. Village Project Noo 362, against every assessable 10tH pieces or
parcel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions
of laws and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village
Clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open
to public inspection at all times during said periods
20 That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore
duly held as required by law so that this council could meet and pass upon
the proposed assessmento
3o That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons. to present
their objectionse if anys to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof
at said public hearingo
4m That the Village Council has heretofore duly established Village Project
No® 362 and after carefully considering all the facts the benefits to each
lots piece or parcel.of land and fully advising itself in the Rremisesn has
found and determined and hereby declares that each and every lots pieces or
parcel of land included in said proposed assessment roll was improved by
reason of the construction of said Village Project Noe 362 and has been and
is specially benefited in the amount set out in said proposed assessment
roll opposite each such lots piece or parcel of Lando
5o The proposed assessment in the amount of $138895,11 is hereby affirmeds
adoptede and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assess®
ment are affirmeds adopted and conf irmed as the proper special assessment
for each of said lotsn pieces or parcels of land respectivelys and said
amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots
piecese or parcels of land therein describedo
6o Said assessment is hereby affirmede adoptedn conf irmed and shall be cer®
tified by the Village Clerk and filed in his off ices and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for said Storm Sewer Constructions
Village Project NoQ 3620
?o The assessment with accruing interests shall be a lien upon the property
included thereine concurrent with general taxers and shall be payable in
equal annual installments extending over a period of 5 yearso The first in®
stallment shall be payable on the first Monday in January of 19610 All
assessments shall bear interest at the rate of 6/ per annumo To the first
installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of
this resolution until December 318 1961p To each subsequent installment shall
be added interest for one year on all unpaid installmentso

All assessments and interest thereon shall be collected and paid-over
in the same manner as other municipal taxeso
