RESOLUTION BSTABLTSHTNG TH8 HOURS' THAT THE POLLS SHALL REMAIN
OPBN FOR VILLAGE BLBCTFONS-
1~ITBRBAS, Minnesota Statues, Chapter 204.03, established the hours fqr
voting at state elections, and
WHBREE~'~, Minnesoi~ Statutes, Chapter 205.03 gives the municipal governing
body authority to designate the hours for voting at its~~lections, and
t+~3REA~, it is hereby determined advisable to establish such time
NOW THERBFf~tB,, Be it Resolved by the council of the Village of Richfield
as f oliows=
1... That the po11s shall remain open for voting at allvillage elec~
bons from the hours: of 7:00 A.M, to 8:00 P.M.
2'. That this resolution shal]C remain in effect until the same is revoked.
