RESOLUTION DETBRMINII~ THB DATE OF THE VILLAGE PRIMARY
ELBCTION
Vi1HBRBAS", Minnesot~c Statutes, Chapter 205..09, Subd. 2, authorizes the
council to determine the date of the Village primary election.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it Resoi~red by the Council of the Village of Richf field
as follows
1. That the primary election sha11 be held not less than 10 days
nor more than 14 days preceding the eillage general election.
~. That this resolution sha1S remain in effect until the sae is
revoked or changed.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richf field this 8th day of
Augur t~ 1960.
