RESOLUTION CALLTNG HPARING ON SEPTEMBER 12, 1960 ON PROd
POSED ASSESSMENT FOR STREET GRADING, VILL~E PROJECT N0. 389
VVHBRBAS, by Resolution No. 2259 passed by the council on the 8th day of
August, 1960, the village clerk was; directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of the assessment roil, Village Project No, 389, and
WHEREAS--, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in has office for public inspection,
NOWT THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as: follows
1. A pub]:ic hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September, 1960,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Halr at 7s9.5 P.M. to past.
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place al.~.persons owning
propertq affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
~e The village clerk is hereby dire~°ted to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the off icial newspaper at
least.twa weeks prior to the hearings and he shall state in the notice the
total assessable cost of the improvement,in the amount of $6503.950
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 8th day of
August, 1960.
