WHEREAS, other costs' incurred are $932x19.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bq the Village CounciS of the Village of Rich®
field as follows
1. That the cost of street grading on 13th Aver from 62nd St. to bard
St. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $R854.62, and therefore
this scam wi11 be assessed against the property benefited therebq.
2. That the cost of street grading on Logan Ave. from 75th St, to 76th
St. to be specially assessed is herebq declared to be $3649,33, and therefore
this sum will be assessed against the property benefited therebq.
.3x 'the village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lots piece,. or parcel.
