RESOLITTION CAL~CING HBARING ON SEPTEMBER 12, 196®, ON
PROPOSED ASS'ESSMBNT FOR STREET GRADYhYy, VILLAGE PROJECT
N0. 381
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2257 pasted by the council on the 8th
day of August, 196®, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of the Assessment Ro1T, Village Pro3ect No. 381, and
WHEREAS, the village clerk was notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been comple ted and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED`by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, a~ follows;t -
to A public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September, 196®,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:15 o'clock PoM®
to p~.ss• upon such proposed assessment and at such time. and place all persons:
ow~iing prmperty affected by such improvement wi11 be given an opportunity to
be 'heard with reference to such improvement.
Z@ The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published t~nrice in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing8 and he shall state in the notice
the total assess~.ble cost of the improvement in the amount of $5,431.®9.
