VVHEREASs the following construction was performed during the year 1959m60e
St~ee;~ Grading ~ 70~ St. from Penn Aver. to Thomas Ave.
TNHERBASs contract costs• have been paid in the sum of $4~OA80s and
TWHEREAS9 other cosh incurred are $1200e29.
NOW THERBFORBs BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council: of the V311age of
Richfield as follows:
1, The cost of street grading of 70~ S to from Penn Ave, to Thomas
Avem to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $5431.099 anti
therefore that sua~ will be ass~ess~ed against the property benefited therebyq
2s The village clerYc shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially ass:ess~ed for such improvement against every assessable lots pieces
or patter of land affected without regard to cash valuations as- provided by
lags and he shall. file a copy of such proposed ass:~essment in his office for
public inspection.
3, The cier]s shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment®
