8th day of Augusts 19608 the village clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of the Assessment Ro11s Village Project
No. 3678 and
T~REASs the village clerk has notified the council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspections
NOW-THEREFOREs BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfields Minnesotan as follows S
1, A public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of Septembers
1960s in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 715
oeclock p.m, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
anal place 871 persons owning property affected by such 3.mprovement
will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
impx°oveinent.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice i.n the official
newspaper a't least two weeks prior to the hearings and he shall state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount
of ~2262.1.~1..
