WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1959-19604
Street Grading - Emerson Ave. from 77th Sto to78th 5t.
WHEREAS9 contract costs have been paid iri the sum of ~1670,l~5a and
~Se other costs incurred are X591.960
NOI~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows s
to The cost of street grading of Logan Ave. from 77th St, to 78th
St. to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be X2262®41s and
th®refore that sum will be assessed aga3:nst the property benefited there®
by,
20 The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot9
piece9 or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation9 as
provided by laws and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
his office for public inspection, '
3, The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such prom
posed assessment.
